Three people interviewed me one male and two females. It was only one round interview. They made me comfortable and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The asked questions one by one

1. do you think it is importat to communicate with parents and children
Had a phone interview which went over basics of the what the job required and expectations. Went over my relevant experience. Then the next round was a group interview which I don’t love. Role played a lesson plan to each other.
