Initial screening was completed by the HR specialist. Phone interview with the principal happens within a day of the HR screening. Guest lesson and debrief were completed. Panel interview with the Leadership team was conducted with the Principal, Assistant principal, and special education coordinator. References and pervious employers were contacted after the panel interview.

The interview was with two different principals and mostly the recruiter reached out so at that point tells you they wanted me as opposed to me looking or applying to the job they also reached out 9 months prior and followed up again but I had never checked my LinkedIn until the second reach out
