Entretien
It took about 3-4 weeks after sending in my cover letter and resume to be contacted for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately the interviewer was very disengaged and the interview was awkward (more than most phone interviews). It was definitely not a good match and I did not get the position. FYI: A lot of KIPP people are also TFA alums. Read up on TFA.

For most of the positions on my resume he asked what my supervisor for that position would say was my biggest accomplishment/greatest strength and what I could have improved on the most.
