I interviewed by phone first with someone generally at the KIPP DC office and was asked general interview questions. It lasted 30 minutes. Then I was invited to interview with the hiring manager of the specific team I wanted to work with. That also lasted 30 minutes. She asked more in depth questions about my work style and some of my experiences.
