After 3/4 weeks since the resume has been submitted I received an email with invitation for a screening call. The call has been cancelled two hours before it via email. I proposed new term but never get confirmation/refuse from Senior Talent Attraction Specialist in Poland. First impression: bad. Maybe it happened good we haven’t go further with recruitment process.
