A phone screen and 2 in person interviews The screening and initial interview was soft and easy, no hard questions The final interview was with the head of marketing, he asked some questions that I haven't experienced with my specific background and felt like an idiot considering it was a question that did not directly correlate to the job position or title. I hate when companies have you interviewed by people whom will you will never interact with let alone have a meeting with unless you get fired. Needless to say I did not get the job because they did not think my background had enough experience managing a specific budget number. If that was the case then you should have never contacted me let alone wasting my precious my 2 vacation days.
