      Entretien pour Project Manager

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez KIND (New York, NY) en mars 2016

      Entretien

About 6 weeks after I applied, I interviewed with HR. 1.5 weeks later, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager. Two weeks later, I interviewed with about 6 people in 2.5 hrs. Never received an offer or a rejection, which is a rejection. It is hard to do your research about this company since not much information is online that comes from mid-level management or above. While everyone seems nice, the people seem passive aggressive. There was a lot of sorry not sorry. For instance, I will ask you when you are available and then give you a tentative schedule for another time. I won't tell you the interview schedule prior to arrival. You basically don't know how long the interview cycle is going to go and have to clear your whole day. I am not sure how nice/Kind you can be when you don't value other people's time. While the office is brightly setup the people seem dulled out. I went to the bathroom and there was a line, a woman was like you should go and I was like I'll wait my turn... she looked at me like your funeral. If you paid for LinkedIn Premium, look at people's longevity at the company. I believe the stat I saw was less than 2 years. If you get an offer and take the job, understand that you may start looking again soon. They will tell you when you interview that Kind is growing fast. My question was and who are you trying to become. Unfortunately, it is apparent that everyone is not on the same page as to who they will be or how they will get there. I am sure it will be an exciting opportunity for somebody.

We strive to be considerate and communicative, but know we can always improve in these areas. This feedback is very useful as we work to improve the overall candidate experience. - KIND HR
