The interview process was archaic and generally quite boring, Management seemed not to care who the gave the job. They just wanted young staff that they could make work unsociable hours and paid very little.

A sit down interview with several managers from other locations and the area manager. Interview was 30 mins long and they asked a variety of questions and different scenarios and had to explain how I would work through them.
My interview was great the training process was trash, I had a slight health concern & I had to take off. The training manager never contacted me about my return date after I called & left messages & emailed my doctor paperwork.
