It was absolutely awkward how long do we want the first round to get to it is it good that you can get it to work experience and help to help us

It was a very simple interview, they asked me about personal information and work experience. The manager were acting nice during the interview,but she never called me back as she promised. I would like to have an answer if I got the offer or not.
