Took two weeks - after doing a short recorded interview, the recruiter emailed and said I'd made it to the second round interview. Met with CEO the following week and then a team panel the same week.
Before the final interview, I was told to take a personality quiz, which I think is biased, especially when they use the results of that quiz to then discriminate and not offer you the position. Instead of your skills and expertise, they fall back on that assessment - that is wrong.
