No care, no instructions. You will be asked to be on site after a round of phone screening. No compensation for your trip. They basically ask you the same questions already being asked over the phone, mostly behavioral. And you will be doing some simple Excel & SQL tests. SQL test will be paper-based. You will meet 4 people and most of these interviews are repetitive. One of them didn't even have my resume. Apparently, nobody cares to read your resume beforehand. No responses after you sent the thank-you notes either. They also told me to be expecting to hear from them early next week (I interviewed on Friday) and I waited for about 20 days to follow up and got the rejection.

The communication is not effective. They never picked up calls or replied emails unless they wanted something from you. It seems that the company does not know how to respect people.

Entretien
A few round interview with different team members and there's an excel test. The job requires proficient excel skills so be prepared. Some team members are nice and some looks distant.
