the hiring process included a technical written test. the shortlisted candidates proceeded to the group discussion round. 3 groups of 5 candidates were formed and 2 from each group appeared in the personal interview. the interview was primarily focused on the summer internship. apart from it, some questions were targeted to know the future plans of the candidate.
Interview process was appropriate and relatively easy. I was contacted within the estimated timeframe and extended an offer. After bringing up concern about job security with a project based company, I was reassured that this was not a common concern. Within two weeks of my start date, enough time to begin paying for and organizing my move, the offer was withdrawn due to project constraints. I do not think this was ethical and would be weary if given an offer.

Phone call with human resources and then with direct manager. Going over past experiences and what a normal day at work would look like. Overall great experience, loved working here.
It was a CV and cover letter followed by a few online tests. Once passed, you are invited for an assessment centre which is a full day. KBR cover all expenses however you do need to pay for everything up front before getting expensed. Assessment centre was very casual and very well timed / spaced out during the day. There is short ice breaker where everyone gets to know everyone else followed by a few presentations in the morning. Lunch is provided and after lunch you give a short presentation, complete a group exercise and go through a technical and competency interview.
