A quick introduction interview where once I asked details for the job was quickly ended. Odd. It seems like a scam of some sorts when you aren't given straight answers.
Hello Interviewer, thank you for your review. The entry-level sales role is pretty simple and straightforward, so it doesn't take long to explain. Our first interviews are somewhat brief as we like to get into more extensive 2nd round interviews. We try to be as upfront as possible during interviews and in all aspects of our business, and we apologize if you felt rushed. Quick and straightforward. Talked on the phone with HR who set up interview with manager. Had a 20 minute video interview with him as a preview for a next round interview. Easy questions about myself and career goals.

It was a two step process that had me interview with the owner of the company for the initial round and your direct supervisor in the second round. There is a quick turn around for the decision making.

Mostly open needed questions, they are checking your personality more than your experience, though iit is a plus if you have some.
