Interview with managers, consultants--some technical content but had experience with working with the company as a client and knew consultants already within the organization which greatly smoothed the process. Interview was in Houston, Texas at KBC offices in the Energy Corridor. HR setup travel arrangements (many hotels nearby). KBC is relatively flat organization so interviewed with 3 managers and consultants and with HR manager.
