Was contacted by the Dir of Web Svcs at K2 asking to schedule a phone interview on one of two dates the following week. Replied with my availability but never received any confirmation. On the afternoon of the second suggested date, I received another email asking if I was available the next day. Replied saying "yes" and with my availability for that day, but also asking that she confirm the time. Once again, I didn't receive any confirmation. That rescheduled day came and went without being contacted and I subsequently never received *any* other follow up from anyone at K2.
If K2 flop can't properly coordinate a simple phoner, I can only imagine how dysfunctional things must be behind the scenes. This is not how you want to introduce yourselves as a company to potential candidates, besides the Web Dir's behavior just being flat out unprofessional and rude.
