Interviews to get the job were fairly well. All remote video or phone calls. However they consider the entire training course to be an interview in the trainers words. And the training is terrible. They tell you to show up 15 minutes early to the locations with your dog and then the instructors don’t show up for an hour. They run you through the course two times tops and don’t impart the information well at all. They don’t listen to any form of issue you’re having with your assigned dog. Mine was randomly scared of objects and didn’t know half the scents she was suppose to. Asking for extra help or training is ignored. And they will give you the boot without any attempt to help you improve and leave you stranded in bum heck nowhere with little to no money and no way to get to an airport easily.
