I interviewed virtually and then interviewed in person and came in for an observation. This is mainly because I do not live in the area, so my initial interview was done virtually so that i could schedule a time in advance to observe in person.

It was great. They were very open and honest. They were very kind and willing to give me time to think about their job offer. They asked normal interview questions and it lasted about 30 mins.

For others interested in KCT... please know that there is an onsite observation scheduled after the initial phone interview. We pair you up with 1 or 2 of our experienced RBTs. You are able to tour our facilities, observe therapy, and ask any additional follow up questions.
