Went through a round of interviews with the VP of Sales and someone from the private equity company that owns K-1 Packaging Group (who was doing a lot of the revenue operations duties they are looking to offload to this role). The interview was not difficult, but it seemed like they may have been on two different pages in terms of what they were looking for in the candidate.
