J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Juul Labs (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
The interview process can take a long time. In my case, it was a couple of months. There are many phone interviews, case-study/project presentations, video interviews and more...
Expect to speak with multiple HR folks, possibly an outside talent sourcing agency, a hiring manager, a team member and possibly someone else from the group you are looking to join.
It is definitely not fast, but it is thorough. I respect that they are taking the time to properly vet their potential future employees.

Entretien
I had 3 interviews over the course of 3 months, including a total of 5 senior level Directors and Managers. I was told the process would take a long time, so no problem there. After the third round, I was told the company would be closed for 2 weeks before and after Christmas, so we would resume next steps the week of 1/6. As of today, 1/21, I have yet to hear from anyone and I saw the role reposted yesterday on LinkedIn.
Candidates, especially the really good ones, spend a lot of time prepping and researching for interviews. After investing so much time, over the course of 3 months, to ghost a candidate like that, is totally disrespectful. It takes 1 minute to send a thank you but we're moving on email.
If you are thinking about applying there, think twice.
