Very hectic and unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs unless you like to waste your time with a very lengthy interview process that takes up to 4 months! HR or hiring managers would not update you or reply back to you for weeks. I had three phone interviews and was promised for an office interview but it went dead at some point because they actually have no idea about the direction of the company or what they were looking for while they are playing hide and seek with FDA. the role changed million times and they did not even bother to explain the change in the last call. Sometimes it felt like they were just fishing for creative ideas.

I was invited for an interview quite quickly following an initial discussion with HR- the interview went well, my would-be line manager acted like I'd already got the job! I was told who I would be meeting as next steps and I was very enthusiastic. Then - nothing! Occasionally an email to say they're sorry they haven't gotten back to me yet and that they will do soon. Well, that was 10 weeks ago so I don't think anything is going to happen now! I've seen the role advertised repeatedly, so it looks like I'm being held in a holding pattern - just in case. Not a pleasant feeling when you don't get an answer one way or the other, especially when you know you could do a great job and they know you're qualified for it too. Not a great experience. -
