I was contacted by a recruiter. Juul is located in the Dogpatch area in San Francisco. I met with the hiring manager for an initial interview and it went fairly well. We talked longer than was originally scheduled. At the end I was asked to assemble some questions I might want addressed in a second round.

One interview with a technical recruiter that goes over your profile and the company, followed a couple of days later by a live coding session with engineers. Zero questions were asked by the engineers and we directly jumped into coding, which was a bit strange. At one point it became obvious that one engineer was unhappy with the answer because of an edge case, but he didn't really know how to present this and just repeatedly asked "what other cases are there". Once we eventually got past that with a code change, he seemed disdainful about answering questions about the company and kept mentioning that we were running out of time.
