I think it's absolutely unacceptable to be working with a company on multiple different roles and to be given the lack of follow through on the process that I was given -- after multiple months of interviews I was simply not followed up with. I also was re-shuffled and required to start the process over completely because they decided to de-prioritize a role that I was interviewing for. To go through 7 different conversations to only be ghosted is heinous. I also had multiple interviews where only one of the two interviewers showed up and additionally one where the interviewer did not show up at all and I had to follow up and re-adjust my schedule to have the conversation on absolutely no notice. It would keep me actively from recommending the company in the future, either to applicants or on a broader scale.
