Terrible experience. The recruiter was very nice and explained the process well. The second round was ok and a fair talk. The interviewer was a bit distracted and hurried, but nothing too bad. The third interview with the head of the department was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. He seemed bored and like he wasn't paying attention to anything I said. There was quite a bit of commotion behind him. Several times during the interview, his partner interrupted him and he would talk to her without acknowledging the interruption to me. When it came time for me to answer questions, he seemed extremely bored, kept fidgiting and sighing, and generally acting very immature. I didn't continue the process after that.
