First round was a short phone screening interview, about 15 minutes. A few days later, they reached out for an in-person interview. The interview was about 2 hours and I met with 3 different Sales Team Managers individually. They asked pretty run-of-the-mill interview questions that were easy to answer. There is a role play of a sales call involved.
Although they told me they would be in touch within a week or two, they did not reach out to let me know I didn't make it to the next round until over a month later.

Got through phone interview the interviewer seemed nice, exchanged couple of general questions but was declined because of some sales assessment.

I had a genuinely negative experience with the interview process with JustWorks, which surprised considering the company seems so great.
First, I was never called for my initially scheduled interview with one of their recruiters and got no answer when I tried to contact her 30 minutes after our scheduled start time. It's generally unprofessional to waste an interviewee's time like that and to keep them in the dark.
They rescheduled me with one of their sales managers who I found very defensive. I didn't get the feeling he wanted to talk to me at all and our whole conversation lasted all but 15 minutes (comparatively, other sales job interviews I've had are 30-45). It's very hard to prove yourself when the other party seems so disinterested.
