After 3 interview steps and a test, I received a phone call from a co-founder in which he confessed to me that he had a couple of alternatives for me. He called me back several times to solicit information and reassured me that he would be in touch soon with a definite proposal. After 2 months, no response. All it took was one line. Not a good management of the process.
