Overall a very positive experience! The interviews felt more like conversations and everybody I spoke with was really nice and made a relaxed atmosphere. First round was a typical interview with a recruiter asking questions about my past experience and motivations. Second round was with a department lead who asked more prying questions into my mentality, goals and working style. This was followed by a technical task which was pretty straightforward although it did have a couple of caveats. Nevertheless, it doesn't take more than 1 evening to do. Final round was a technical interview with the head of engineering and another developer. I was asked a bunch of theoretical questions and then was given a coding exercise to complete at the end.

First interview was a lengthy chat with HR, second was with the head of SEO. This is by far the most positive experience I've ever had interviewing anywhere. Both interviewers were very easy to talk to and in the rejection email I received, I received personalized feedback as to why they decided against me.
