Laid back, completely comfortable. Ask questions regarding my experience and my background. Asked why I would be a good fit to work with the company. The interview was quick and then I met with the district manager where I was offered the job on the spot. I was hired before the results of my background check came back. It was one of the best interviews I have been on and the people were so nice.
