It was a six-week process. After meeting with the CFO, the recruiter told me I was moving on to the third interview.
The recruiter told me that someone within the interview process had a death in the family.
Two weeks later, there was still no calendar invite.
After texting back and forth with the recruiter, I was told. The CFO had a different job with the same responsibilities, but the salary was 40K – 50K less, and would I be interested, as the CFO specially asked about me.
I pointed out to the recruiter that this was misrepresentation in employment law.
Now, they suddenly no longer want to move forward with me.
Be very careful with this company.
Check out the statue.
The company is based out of Colorado, so here is the state statute that applies.
