HR takes too much time on updating interview results, and sometimes they even do not get back to you even after telling that the interview went well. Other than that the meeting with managers were nice.

Make technical presale presentation for Juniper product
Well structured and overall very positive experience. Every team member I met was friendly, open, and genuinely reflective of a strong, collaborative culture. The recruiting team was extremely supportive, accommodating my schedule and sharing helpful preparation tips. The hiring manager and technical team asked thoughtful, relevant questions that felt fair and aligned with the role. The process also included a presentation on a topic of my choice, allowing them to assess both technical depth and communication skills in a realistic way.

Not a good experience overall. Got in touch first time over an year ago for a position I have applied to months earlier. Shared first info with the HR. Everything seems moving through as she tells me my CV will be shared with the line manager for a first technical/motivational meeting. Time goes by but the meeting invitation never arrived. I kept in touch with the HR who assure me that they haven't yet fill the position out and delay is just because of holiday madness and few changes in the organization. Times pass no and no updates. At the end I got the news the position is probably going to be filled out with internal resources. Skipping to a couple of months ago I got a call from the same HR who remember my profile and my determination. She asked "are you still available for this position, considering it's a junior profile?". Of course I said. This time I get to speak to someone other the HR but the meeting goes by "why would someone like you with this kind of deep experience want to go back to study for a junior position?". I'm used to this motivational tricks therefore I try to explain my reasons which I can assure are all genuine. Unfortunately it seems there's no room for me to turn its mind around which bend the question "why call me back after this time if they didn't want someone with that kind of background?". The most frustrating part is that is all we talked about for 30 minutes. At the end I ask the guy directly why my cv popped up for this position given the circumstances. "No idea, I think the HR actually own you and me an explanation". Now I get to know - after 2 months and countless requests for feedback unattended - the position is going to be proposed to someone else. You might object that I'm just being harsh because I didn't get the job but I think that the least that can be said is this is not the kind of experience I would wish that on anyone else.
