There were 2 phases; An introduction phase where I was asked about myself and my schooling and a mock lesson phase where I was go through the motions of online tutoring someone who would have little to no CS experience.

I had to prepare to teach two mock lessons. After the first lesson and after the second lesson, I was given some feedback. The total process took over an hour.

Entretien
Mock lesson session with 2 mock lessons you need to prepare. The interviewer gives feedback on the mock lesson and how you taught after each lesson. The whole interview took less than an hour and had a very easy going atmosphere.
