They seem to be totally confused on what candidate they want. They made me go through 4 rounds - hiring manager, live coding challenge on VS Code, system design round and then the final was in person at their NYC office. This went for about a month and a half for a pretty low salary structure. And guess what, I received a chatgpt generated rejection email after the in person final round. When I asked for a detailed feedback on what did not align, I got another corporate BS answer. I repeat, do not get involved in their maze of interviews.
