Summarized: Worst interview experience of my life
Applied after being contacted by recruiter.
3-4 hour Codility test which was all correct.
Then had in-person chat with team lead for position I was applying for. No technical questions, all behavioral and experience. Got REJECTED WITHOUT RESPONSE. Later asked and was rejected for trivial reason that was obvious from my CV.
Why didn't you schedule this 30 minute chat before wasting 4+ hours of my life? Atrocious, entitled bunch. In my opinion it's absolutely disgusting when companies pointlessly waste hours of candidate time because they are incapable of reading CV.
**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** This company doesn't deserve talent.

I had an interview with Jump Trading through an intermediary. The process started with an initial call, followed by a task focused on my experience. They also reached out to me by email to continue the conversation
OA: 180 mins, three problems. 1、Calculate how many weeks between two date in a year. 2、Buy pizza using the cheapest discount of 4 types. 3、Use some 1 plus 1 and 2 plus 2 squares to form the largest square.

HR call: Talk about your resume, focus on your projects. Hr will introduce jump and inquire about your basic information.
overall was a very hard process and highlyt echnical. requirement to understand programming concepts extremely well, and need to verbalise thoughts in order to walk the interviewer through yr thinking. also have an expectation to be correct and yet fast.
