If I had to guess, the predictive index probably filters a lot of people out. If you're into thinking within frameworks, you'll probably enjoy the process. And my interviewer was friendly.

Tell me about a time you approached a problem unconventionally.
Straightforward. The people I met were very nice and I felt very comfortable. I didn't make it past the second interview. I did reapply for a junior version of the role and wasn't considered.

Case study about the hotel industry (It was a fun and interesting exercise, not too hard at all and not really any math)
First asked me to take Predictive Index Assessment, then invited for an interview, which included a presentation. However, they followed up after scheduling it that they had sent out interviews by mistake.
