HR contacted me by phone to schedule a virtual interview and provided all important information. Then, I had the first interview with 2 people from the team. They were very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in getting to know you. Questions were typical.
After a week, I was invited to a remote translation assessment. Time was a bit limited for the amount of work required in the assessment.
