After sending your CV in, it is a 3 stage interview process. 1st Stage is a competency-based chat with the head of talent and HR who is lovely. The 2nd stage I spoke with the head of Operations who gives you greater insight into the role, whats expected and how you progress. Within this interview he asked numerous competency based questions. The Final stage is split into 4 seperate interviews where you meet your direct team, your superiors and the Head of People. Overall this was a very pleasant interview experience where there is clear communication of what is going to happen and what is expected. The in-depth feedback after each stage was also very helpful and appreciated. As interviews go i enjoyed this one!
