Very laid back and chill, dress attire is anything pretty much no need to dress up i did felt dumb, It was a group activity consisting of at least 6 one person did not show up. she explained the job and what they want you to do and how to sell. first she had us grab a shoe, sell it to her. she asked how you would greet a customer and start a conversation. What accessories would you sell with the shoes.

Entretien
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Entretien
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
