First interview is with the store manager of the store you're applying to. Second is with the district manager. First interview went great. You'll be required to work 45+ hours a week and 6 days a week during busy periods like holidays, so say goodbye to any work/life balance. Pay is base plus commission, but an estimate isn't even given to you if you ask.
