Started off by applying online. A representative of the company reached out to me via email to set up an interview by phone. I then had a very casual phone interview with the same representative who emailed me and said she would contact me again if they were interested in continuing the process. She followed up saying they were interested and wanted to schedule an in person interview. The interview was started 1:1 with a manager and ended 1:2 with a second manager. Very low pressure and casual. I didn't hear back for a week or two due to other interviews. However when I finally heard back I was offered the job.
