HR never called me for my initial phone interview--which seems to be a trend judging by the other reviews. I emailed multiple times, did not hear back for over a day. I had left work early to take the call, so this was extremely frustrating. Once I had the screening, I had another phone interview with the head of the team. It took two weeks to hear back (a full week and a half later from when the head told me I would hear back) The questions were generic and you could tell the head of the team was not engaged during the conversation.
Unclear if the HR department is understaffed or just unorganized. All around disappointing experience, especially when you feel you were not the one to drop the ball.

For a company that values itself on diversity and inclusion, it was strange and concerning to me that I did not talk to a single person of color during the few interviews I had.

Entretien
Virtual interviews via zoom or cell phone. Did not last long very long. Comfortable process. Follow up was timely and all questions answered. Recruiter and interviewing team where very attentive.
