Applied online and recieved a call back within the week. Interviewed in person with a friendly hiring manager and she gave some insight on the company (their values, position requirements, etc). She asked me very basic questions and a few days later was given the job. The training process consisted of memorizing basic produce codes and later taking a test on the codes. Overall a great learning experience.
