There were previous preliminary exams to assess auditing accuracy. The interview itself was very simple, explaining what an auditor is suppose to perform and a few other questions to assure fitness to the team and the training process.

Entrevista simples, focada em pontos fracos e fortes do candidato. É importante mencionar que após a entrevista, caso passe para a próxima fase ainda tem outro teste antes que seja oferecida a vaga no treinamento.
