This interview process at Jones IT is 3 steps. Step 1: Phone Screen Step 2: In-Person Interview Step 3: In-Person Interview The phone screen is more of a personality/culture fit test. The 2 in-person interviews are more in-depth and cover some basic IT knowledge with more critical thinking questions.

I had an interview with them not too long ago, I had a great time with the first interview and decided they would love to interview me again after a long couple of months. It was a little frustrating, there was two interviews and it could have lasted a couple of weeks not months. I also was interviewing with another company at that time and wanted to speed things up.
