The interview was super easy. Someone with 0 knowledge would enjoy it. I got a call from the HR, she asked few STAR questions. The next round was a stupid take home exercise in Coderpad where they ask you few basic questions mostly stupid ones. The next round was with 4 members in the team including the hiring manager. Mostly the questions were asked on the work experience and it is not a technical interview, if one decides to fake anything they can do.
I would suggest if you don't have any technical knowledge and want a job with poor salary and give yourself some time to strengthen your skills, you can join this organization. They will list Software Developer II as the position, but when cleared you get the Software Developer I position. The team is very small and uses obsolete technologies such as SVN
