Virtual hirevue and two interviews with a manager and director. Asked very basic behaviorals. Values knowledge about the healthcare industry and its trends. Both interviewers are so nice and want to see interest in healthcare as well as the credo

Talk to me about a healthcare trend that interests you
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
