Screening video call interview and then a virtual interview with a panel of 4. Moved very quickly which is a good thing - was made to have screening interview on same day I was contacted and full interview at the end of the week. Screening interview was straightforward and simple. Full interview just consisted of competency based questions, there was no presentation/role play/assessment etc. to prepare for and this is preferable as interviews are stressful enough. Interview was virtual which was also preferable as not having to travel reduces the stress and helps to focus and prepare. Found a large panel scary at first but they were so friendly and encouraging this put me at ease and I felt able to be myself in this interview which I have never felt before in any other interview - I've never had such a positive interview experience. There were too many questions to fit into the time we had so they could cut back a little. Unfortunately after this never heard back about the outcome of the interview which is poor; I only formally got told the outcome when I had been shortlisted for another role with the same company.
