The first step consisted of an online asynchronous behavioral assessment. It asked questions that assesses your personality and how you interact with other people. For example, do you get frustrated with people that don’t value science?
recorded interview through hirevue, then a live interview with someone from HR or the position you applied to. Questions just had to do with why youre interested in the role and the company.

Entretien
First interview was maybe 8 behavioral questions and 3 technical questions. Second interview was with the manager for the position, and we mostly talked about projects that I had worked on and what kind of experience I had. Overall, it was laid back, and the technical questions were very easy.
