Describe a time you came up with an innovative solution to a problem.
About one to two weeks after submitting my application, I received an online personality assessment. Roughly two weeks later, a recruiter from J&J called unexpectedly for what seemed like a phone screen, asking about my interest in the role and scheduling an interview. The interview lasted one hour with two interviewers and included both behavioral and technical questions.

Why J&J? What do you want for your day to day? Describe a time you disagreed with someone and how you came to a solution.
Really easy and only asked behavioral questions. Easy to find online and gave you some time to think about them before answering. Overall a good experience and the actual co-op was enjoyable as well.
