Interview process was good. Had initial screening call followed up with offer of interview. Asked situational type questions. Interviewer was friendly and gave a good impression of company. The role was explained in detail.

I was given a verbal offer with drafted paperwork. I signed paperwork with fake “start date”, with the intentions that I was going to start earlier than provided dare. I scheduled pre-employment testing and submitted background check. They called to tell me they are rescinding my offer to give it to an internal candidate.
