My HR contact works very hard from the headquarter in the east coast. The company focuses on value, vision, and culture. My first round went smoothly but no further updates.
First is phone screen interview conducted by HR. After that, interviewed by a panel of three Directors from different funtions for the position, as they are seemly hoping to fill this position asap.

I have had a few interviews with J&J and it was a bad experience every time. The hiring team did not know what they were looking for, they did not outline the requirements of the role correctly in the role description.
