The interview process was super efficient and well organized -- HR and interviewers are all well aligned and understand clearly the process involved. I managed to get to two rounds - first was with HR to have a general discussion on experience, 2nd round was for the role's main stakeholders

Eerste gesprek met HR, basisvragen over de functie en mijn cv-ervaring. Tweede gesprek met de hiring manager. Derde ronde met de rest van het team. Vierde ronde presentaties met de afdeling en individuele gesprekken met de leidinggevenden.

Tell me one of your biggest strengths and weaknesses.
The entire interview process was recorded and on the internet. You don't get to talk to any recruiters and you don't hear anything from an actual human at the company either so you never know whether you're moving onto the next round or no longer being considered. I waited weeks and gave up thinking I was no longer in the process to be offered an interview months later.

Entretien
Simple 3 question online interview where they asked questions extremely vague which could be used for every other interview. There was also a personality test section that was relatively simple to pass.
